MJPEG Surveillance 1.1 is a security tool that lets you record hundreds of webcams simultaneously, detecting them by their IPs. You can also convert them directly to video while you watch them.
The video formats you can convert to are DivX, WMV, MPEG4 or IV50, and MJPEG Surveillance 1.1 also has a Motion Detection option, which means it won´t start recording until it detects motion.
It also lets you focus on a specific area of the image it is recording and only record that area. You can also make captures in JPG graphic format, separately from the video you record.
